Found­ed in 2006, the Reel Rock Film Tour vis­its a long list of U.S. cities and inter­na­tion­al venues each year—and can often be a defin­i­tive gath­er­ing of the climb­ing com­mu­ni­ty of those areas. Host­ed and orga­nized by out­door jour­nal­ist and advo­cates Lois Pryce and Austin Vince, the 2017/18 sched­ule for the Adven­ture Trav­el Film Fes­ti­val includes loca­tions in Eng­land, Scot­land and across Aus­tralia. Fea­tur­ing inde­pen­dent trav­el-focused films, includ­ing vin­tage mate­r­i­al dat­ing back to the 1930’s, half the fun of this laid-back fes­ti­val is the com­mu­ni­ty and camp­ing that takes place between the two days of screenings.
