Fjallraven: Time for a lesson in Pronouncing ‘Fjallraven.’ Start by making an ‘F’ sound, like you’re about to say ‘France.’ Got it? ‘Fffffffff.’ Then tap your Southern side and say, ‘Y’all.’ Try it with us now. ‘F’Y’all.’ Then tap your inner Edgar Allan Poe and say, ‘Raven.’ Let’s try it together: F—Y’all—Raven. Fjallraven. Congratulations. Not only are you saying the name of one of the most well regarded outdoor brands in Europe but you’re also speaking in a foreign tongue. Fjallraven is Swedish for ‘arctic fox.’ Aptly named, the company creates sleek-looking technical outdoor apparel that’s tough enough for the mountains and tundra of northern Sweden. We’re extremely excited to be offering Men’s and Women’s Fjallraven apparel for insider prices.

Green Guru: You gotta protect the places you play. That’s why Green Guru sports a catalog of performance-oriented products that are exceptional in both quality and sustainability. IN OTHER NEWS:

Lefty’s Better Half: Did you know? On June 5 (that’s today!), 1878, Jose Doroteo Arango Arambula, a man whose legend is even greater than his name, was born in La Coyotada, Mexico. Don’t feel bad if Arambula’s name doesn’t ring a bell. You might be more familiar with his monicker, Pancho Villa. Arambula assumed the nickname after murdering a bandit who had been abusing his sister. He went on to become a bandit himself before earning distinction as one of the most well known generals in the Mexican Revolution and becoming fodder for a great song by Townes Van Zandt.
