Fresh on the menu today:

Craft: In the beginning, Craft founder Anders Bengtsson spent an inordinate amount of time looking at his underwear. After heavy exercise sessions outside his home in Borås, Sweden, Bengstsson would weigh his skivvies and use a moisture gauge to measure how sweaty they were. He used his research to develop the ideal layer to wear next to the skin—a garment that transports moisture outwards with as little absorption into the fibers as possible. The resulting brand, Craft, is now a global leader in peak-performance athletic apparel. Today on The Clymb, we’re offering Men’s and Women’s Craft cycling, running, and fitness apparel, for member-exclusive pricing.

Tri Supplies: The gun fires. Ahead lies the course: some 25 kilometers of pain that must be overcome by foot and arm and bike. Behind, the competition is closing the gap. Maybe it wasn’t such a good decision to wear a tracksuit. Don’t let nightmare gear turn into a rude wakeup call in the midst of a race. Brooks Saddles: Brooks has been building expertly crafted bicycle saddles since the company was founded in England in 1866. Each saddle features stretched leather that over time molds itself to the rider, creating a rugged, one-of-a-kind fit that gets better with every revolution. Better inform your armchair that your booty is about to get a new best friend. Also featuring leather accessories by the iconic brand. Click through now!

Pike’s Peak Push: Did you know? Anyone who’s been to Colorado Springs, Colo. will have noticed Pike’s Peak looming massive in the near distance. The easternmost 14’er in the U.S., Pike’s Peak is named for Zebulon Montgomery Pike, who on this day in 1805 set off on his soon-to-be famous expedition to explore the American Southwest. In 1806, Pike failed to climb the iconic peak that now bears his name. His team was ill-equipped for the attempt, wearing only light overalls and no socks. Their journey through the Southwest ended somewhat abruptly after two years, when the men were captured by Spanish authorities in northern New Mexico.
