We’re always excited to find new publications dedicated to the great outdoors. Here’s a new one that’s already getting a lot of buzz.
WildHope is a new free emagazine that explores the connection between wildlife conservation and travel. In the feature article, Net Worth, Outside Magazine correspondent Kate Siber heads to Baja Mexico to participate in a sea turtle research program run by former poachers who now work to protect turtles and other wildlife. The inaugural issue also includes Return of the Black Turtle, a photo essay on the recovery of turtles in Mexico by conservation photographer Neil Osborne. In addition, the magazine features wildlife travel tips and an essay by Dr. Wallace J. Nichols about the impact of the ocean on your brain.
WildHope is a publication of SEEtheWILD, the world’s first non-profit wildlife conservation travel website. The magazine will be published quarterly.
