The Highline World Record

Andy Lewis, known as “Sketchy Andy,” recently set the world record for walking a highline between two hot air balloons. The Flight of the Frenchies first captured this skylining concept on film earlier in February of 2014 in their film “I Believe I Can Fly.” The film showcased their daredevil stunt trying to cross the slackline between two hot air balloons without a tether to keep them to the line. All they had was a parachute rig in case they fell, and the Frenchies never made it across the line.

Now, less than a month later, Sketchy Andy has become the first person to ever successfully walk a slackline between two hot air balloons. He performed his stunt 4,000 feet over the Nevada desert.
